Harsh words and raised voices rarely lead to a positive outcome. In this episode, I talk to Matt and Sunaina Marquez, founders of The Happy Wanders Club, about communicating using Nonviolent Communication. With Nonviolent Communication (NVC) we learn to hear our own deeper needs and those of others. Through its emphasis on deep listening—to ourselves as well as others—NVC helps us to have compassion and speak to one another on a deeper level.
