Darcey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began her specialization in Perinatal Mental Health after experiencing the distress of postpartum anxiety. Her own healing journey began with yoga and trail running and ultimately led to the practice of mindfulness and a holistic embrace of health. She lives in rural Montana with her partner and five-year-old son. Darcey is currently working to embrace her partner’s efforts to establish a hobby farm of sorts.
