Since the #MeToo movement and growing feminism, we’ve been very interested in how to empower women. But what about the other half of the population? We, as parents, need to take a look at how we are raising our boys to either be complicit in the “locker room mentality,” or to take a stand against it.
1. The “locker room mindset” hurts everybody. Men give up part of their humanity.
2. Boys want to know what it takes to be a man.
3. We need to talk to boys. They take our silence as approval of the status quo.
