January’s podcast has finally landed! This month, listen to my conversation with Erica Bleznak, yogi, inspirational teacher and mama of three.

Erica is both serious and light about yoga as a path to liberation.

As we look at our reactions to the postures and  take away layers, we get to see the truth of who we are. We talk about seeing our own reactions to the postures – and this may be the most important lesson yoga has to teach us.

And I love what Erica said about fear: “Fear doesn’t live up to it’s promise.”

She also shares the primary lesson that motherhood taught her.

There are some beautiful nuggets of wisdom in this short conversation with Erica. Find out more about her at EricaBleznak.com.

And be sure to open up iTunes and leave a review for the podcast. It’s the number 1 best way to support it besides sharing!

With warmth & lovingkindness,
